IES takes you and your purchase very seriously. IES uses the best products so we can offer you performance and reliability.
In the unfortunate event that you require service we will take care of it for you. You call IES directly, no other number. If you require service while your product is under the manufactures warranty period IES will honor that warranty by diagnosing the problem, un-installing the product, get it repaired and re-installed for you at no charge for the terms of the warranty. IES will even cover the costs of labor during the warranty period! This is unheard of in the industry! This is how IES supports our clients and how important you are to IES.
IES does offer third party extended warranties to our clients. Here is the big difference with our extended warranty. You call IES! You do not call a third party number or make multiple phone calls to try and find someone who can give you a number to call. You call IES and we take care of it for you. What could be simpler?
